How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our manufacturers are overseas, so please allow 12-14 working days for your order to be processed and 2-4 days days for your order to be shipped. Refer to our shipping policy for more details.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, you can! We're sure that our products will meet your expectations however, we want you to have complete satisfaction when shopping with us. That is why we provide a 14-day return policy from the day of delivery on most items (no exchanges).
Please note: We would have to assess your situation before you return an item back to us. Sending an item back to us without complete verification can result in a refusal of your refund.

Yes, however any potential additional expenses i.e custom charges are at the customer's expense

Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been processed we are unable to cancel it or to add any items, but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. If you think you have made an order by mistake please email piyahthebrand@gmail.com
Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?
Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged or refunded (this does not include the use of discount codes). If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please email us at piyahthebrand@gmail.com before placing your order.
How will I know what size will fit me?
Recommended size guidance and sizing charts are provided in the 'Size Guide' drop down bar on each item.
